I am trying to find some info on this. I get conflicting info. I would appreciate any info regarding price, menu and location.
I have found info that said HBD and GF,prices from $65 to $74. 14. And up.
TIA for any help. I think one of my DGD would enjoy it.

It is at Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon. It is limited to 10 and very hard to get. Price I think is about $70 a person. It lasts 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the Imagineer. I have tried to get for three vacations unsuccessfully and I am trying for my 4th time right now. Good luck.

It usually can be booked at 180 days, but like a lot of other places, sometimes there is a delay in loading it.
I have been 5 times and have the 6th booked for Oct.
I have never had a problem booking it.

Did this in 2012 for my daughter's birthday. We had a great time!!! I got it at the 180 day mark. We had the art director of HS, it was 3 1/2 hours, he was chatty!!!

I'm confused about the booking date. I have been trying since our 180 day window and have been told it shows on the calendar for our date that they will have it but they haven't opened it up for reservations yet. For those of you who have successfully booked this did you get it at 180 days? If not did you just keep checking everyday? Also, did you have success booking it online or calling? I'm tired of checking every morning :surfweb: Isn't it enough to get online at the crack of dawn at 180 days? I don't know how long I can keep this up

Since online booking, I have always booked it online.
Usually it is 180 days, but not always. Depends on when they get around to loading it.
I have waited 90 days once and 120 days once, the other times have been the 180 days.

I finally got one booked for this Jan. I had also been trying for the last couple of years and never could snag a seat.

I may or may not of planned my vacation around when I could get a reservation......

Just did this at Citricos. I almost cancelled it 4-5 times since I was by myself and not sure what to expect. I am so glad that I went. It was fascinating and added such a unique experience to my collection of Disney adventures! Hearing an Imagineer explain how much he cares about a new project and the lengths he goes to in order to get things done was amazing. Its the stories that make it worthwhile.

Does anyone know if you still get a 'name tag' for the lunch? (the red one that looks like a CM tag)

And is the souvenir plate included or is it now for purchase?

I did not get a name tag, and the souvenir plate was for sale. I asked the Imagineer to sign my menu instead :).

We got the plate in August 2015 but I can't remember what nametag we got. I DO NOT suggest this for younger children we had a boy about 5 there the same day as us and all he'd say to anyone was that his name was Darth Vader. He enjoyed drawing the attention of the entire room to him often and his parents had to switch off taking him outside while the other stayed with his two older siblings (who honestly looked pretty bored and weren't very engaged either)

I went in Dec 2015 and got the name tag and the plate was free

Ah...great thread here. I am considering booking this for my son for a future trip. I was going to have it just be him and myself but I think the information they share might be cool for all of us to hear. I'll have to keep an eye out when I am ready to plan our next trip!

We got the name tag and plate in January.
We go again in Nov.....guess I will find out. I am getting quite a collection of both :teeth:

Wonder if Citricos doesnt have the tags and plates included and DHS HDB does?

To anyone trying to book but not getting results: I recently booked this for my trip next week, so don't give up!!! I checked the website everyday for weeks, and it finally popped up! Also, when I called to try to book (don't do this, I never get results from calling to book ADRs) the woman said the cost of the meal is $75 now!

Can anyone who's done this experience recently tell me if there's no complimentary plate now? I keep getting conflicting info about whether or not they offer it! If not, do we get any other free souvenirs.

I wonder this too because I think all of the reviews I have seen regarding HBD have said they did get the plate and name tag. We are going in Nov and I am really looking forward to that plate as a souvenir.
