Dining/transport/airport

I was looking into a DL trip for September. I am right that there is no Dining Plan and no Magical Express? What is the closest airport? Is there a recommended shuttle service?

Disneyland does not have a Dining Plan like Walt Disney World does. There's a meal plan where you use vouchers to pay for food, but it's not a good value in my opinion.

There's no Magical Express, but there are lots of shuttle services that will transport you from the various airports to Disneyland. The closest airport is John Wayne (SNA) - it's 10 minutes or so away. LAX is also a reasonable option - 46-60 minutes depending on traffic. Long Beach is between the two.

Super Shuttle and Disneyland Express are two of the shuttle services available from LAX and SNA.
