So I tried getting a reservation today for Raglan Road through Disney World website and wasn't able to. It kept saying No reservations between 4:00pm-7:00pm and then when I tried 7:30pm it said no reservations between 6:00pm-9:00pm. So I decided to call them directly and got a table for 2 at 5:30pm for November 19th.
TIP: if you are unable to get a table via Disney World website try calling them directly. This works at least with the Downtown Restaurants.
