Generally around 5:30 It can vary from itinerary to itinerary - sometimes 5:15, others - 5:45.

You will have dinner at 5:45 and see the 8:30 show. It may change by 15 minutes depending on the cruise.

My experience on the Bahamas and Caribbean itineraries is that main dining starts at 5:45. I know it has varied on other itineraries, but I thought the 5:45 was somewhat consistent on the Bahamas/Caribbean sailings.
