I have a reservation for myself at 50's prime time. I don't mind eating by myself. But I learned they have a bar you can eat at to so my question is should I keep my reservation or chance eating at the bar as a walk up? I am not a drinker and don't care for the smell of other peoples drinks. Would you suggest I keep my reservation or eat at the bar?

I wouldn't eat at the bar if you don't want to smell other people's drinks. I don't believe I have ever smelled anyone's drink, even while sitting next to them at the bar, but if thats a concern to you, I would just keep your reservation.

No don't eat at the bar sit down at a table and enjoy your server it is a fun place to eat. The pot roast is great.

I've spent a lot of time traveling on business and have generally preferred eating at the bar lately. But, if you aren't comfortable smelling alcohol, then no problem sitting at a table. I like to take something to read while I sit, either from my cell phone or a magazine or something.

I would stick with your reservation for a table. If I recall correctly, the bar at 50's is right next to the area where people wait before they are seated. It could get pretty busy in that area depending on when you were planning to eat.

There are only about 10seats at the TuneIn lounge. Seating can be an issue! If others around you would disturb you. I would def keep the reservation! Love the food!

I'd keep your reservation, the servers and the restaurant are great, you'll miss a great experience if you just sit at the bar. Last time I went there it had been raining all day, so I went to the bar an hour before my reservation, grabbed a drink, parked it on a sofa, and relaxed. Maybe allow time to spend time in both if you are really looking forward to enjoying the atmosphere! The actual bar is small, if you are concerned about smelling other people's alcohol, there is alternative seating around the lounge area, complete with black and white tv and bookshelves stacked with encyclopedias! :)

I think it's one restaurant where we get the most interaction with our servers, and they make if a fun night. Ate there a couple weeks ago and she even had us doing homework, and all the tables around us were helping each other out with our homework. Fun!

Oh No! Don't eat at the Bar!! You need to eat at a table here. Even by yourself, you should have a good time (provided you get a 'good' server). We have a fabulous time dining here!! We have had so much fun that sometimes guests from other tables want to come and join us because we are having so much more fun than they are!! LOL!! Go and enjoy! The food is good old fashoined cooking. And honestly because of the handful of menu choices, you won't wait long for your food. Seriously!! I swear one time I don't think it was hardly 5 minutes, but with fried chicken & pot roast...I'm guessing all they have to do is plate it. :)
