Dining site down... or is it just me?

Can't get on. I put in my date, number of people and time.... click search or whatever..... and instantly an internet explorer thing pops up with a big red X saying unable to download from disneyworld.disney.go.com and says unable to open internet site... blah, blah, site may not be available.

Everything else is working fine on my computer... and even on disney's site it lets me search for resorts fine... but can't do any dining!

is this happening for anyone else? just me? or has this happened before to others and know how to fix this if it is me, and not the site?

I've been trying to cancel a reservation for 2 days & it won't let me...it flashes that "please wait while we process your request" box but then it goes away & nothing happens.

I made all our ressies at 1 pmish today and canceled one without any trouble. Maybe it's having issues this afternoon/ evening.
