My wife and kids are going to wdw 10/15 to 10/21 can someone tell me what table service and quick service eateries I need to take part in

At this point you can't really be too picky when it comes to TS restaurants. Most of the popular ones will be impossible to get an ADR for, this includes most, if not all, character meals.

If you go to allears.net, you can get an idea of what the menus are at all the restaurants. For the TS meals that seem interesting to you and your family, go to the Disney website and see what, if any, ADR's are available. It will also give you an idea of what CS restaurants have to offer.

Some of our favorite CS meals are:

Columbia Harbor House at MK
Flame Tree BBQ at AK
Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich at DTD
Sunshine Seasons at EC (also not you are going to be down durring F&W at EC, so you could easily make a meal/day out of snacking at the different kiosks.

You can check availability and make your reservations right onnthe Disney website http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/
