Dining Rotations on Disney Magic

We aren't going to know the 7-night rotations until they start due to the new animation show. The two shows in AP on the Fantasy resulted in a change in how the themes/menus are handled versus the traditional system on the classic ships. I think that this will probably happen on the Magic as well.

We just did a 4 night on the Magic on 12/4. Our dining rotation was A,A,C,L.

I just spoke with Shoreside Concierge about this for our cruise on the Magic in January. Our rotation will be ACLA, so it depends when you are going which rotation they use. Have fun! :yay:

You can call DCL and ask them, but take what they tell you with a grain of salt.

We were also on the 12/4 sailing and had CCLA. We had our TA call 16 days before sail date and request the rotation that would put us in Lumiere's for the night we had a Palo dinner. Before we boarded, it was all set!

It might help if you are posting your rotation for your recent cruise if you post the itinerary? I have sent a message to a CM on the Magic asking if he could send me the rotations for each itinerary if there is a list available to help people plan Palo reservations.

The 12/4 Magic was 4nights: Castaway, day at sea, Key West

We are going on the Magic for the 4/14/14 4 night Bahamas sailing. My question is which is the best seating and why?

I talked to the Concierge and my rotation for a 4 night in March is LACL :thumbsup2

Caricos does not appeal to me at all so I requested that for Pirate night and I am doing Palo that night :)

Does anyone know what the 7 night Southern Caribbean rotations might be for later this year?

That doesn't make sense for our itinerary in January. (Don't know if you are on same cruise.) Pirate night is night 3, so we would miss out on a whole MDR menu. I would guess that it would be 1223 or 1233 not 1231...
