Dining Rotation

Do they let you pick your rotation? I would like to have the formal night at Lumiere's if posible. It is hard to get a Palo reservation for the formal night if I can't have that rotation?

No...you do not get to pick your dinning rotation. And after much stress I realized myself...it doesn't really matter where you are for formal night...it's all good. We did get the rotation that I was hoping for...and were scheduled to have dinner on formal night in lumiers...but due to change in route...or formal night was switched and we ended up in Parrot cay on formal night. To tell the truth I didn't really notice the room aroud us. But that's JMO

We did get assigned to the "popular" rotation on our last western but preferred to be with our favorite server so had it changed. We didn't really notice a difference. We were all dressed up & having a great time so who cares where we were. No reason to stress about it.

You can request it, but no guarentees. I would agree with the above. Don't stress it.

And remember you have a 33% chance of getting the rotation that you want anyway. Lots better odds than making $10 in the lottery!!

If you are really concerned about where you are on Formal night, remember that Animators Palate stays in Black and White for that meal - and what's more formal than that So your "odds" of being in a "formal" room now are 66%!!

You can change your rotation - I did. I just returned from 3/12 - 3/19/05 7-day western and changed from PLA to APL in Rockin D Bar where you sign up for Palos.

If you charge your tips to your room, the name on your tickets will be wrong since you changed rotation but just scratch it out and put your servers name and it works out. Just be sure to give it to the correct server.
