Dining room waitlist/changing time

Last night we booked a September cruise and were placed in 2nd dining. We have a 2 year old and need to join the waitlist for the earlier dining but I can't figure out how to. I can't find the option on the app or website, and the phone system literally tells you they are too busy to take your call but thanks. No option to leave a call back request.

How do I get added to the waitlist?

I called them number this afternoon that is listed under the dining on the DCL website and was on hold for 2 hours and was placed on a waitlist for our October cruise.

We called as well. But this was before whatever recent changes brought the crazy wait times.

I emailed dcl.reservations@disneycruise.com and heard back within a week that we were added to the main dining wait list.
