If you are talking about the dining for miles program, I believe that when you try to register a card, that is already registered with another program: delta/southwest etc., that it will block you. I haven't tried to add any new ones in several years, but have different cards tied to different FF accounts so that I can top off whichever one needs extra points to get up to a reward level. That was my experience in the past, put go ahead and try it and see what happens.
