This is one of the best parts of the trip-writing the reviews. Glad you enjoyed it!

Definetely recommend trying Wolfgang Puck at lunch for sushi-it is usually less crowded and more enjoyable.

Have you ever eaten at Victoria and Albert's? We are considering it for an upcoming trip and wondered if you have any thoughts.

No, I have not. I would love to try it, but my mother is on the picky side when it comes to food, so would be pretty dicey. Someday I will go for it because that is right up my alley. Also on the list is the chef's domain at Citricos, but you have to have six people to reserve the room I believe.

We did a chef's table at Wolfgang Puck-upstairs dining room too a few years ago. I am not sure if it is still available, but it was awesome.

As a follow up, I wanted to let everyone know that I did email WDW Guest Communications about our lousy visit to Yachtsman Steakhouse.

I received a response within 7 days as promised in the email asking me for a convenient time for a call back. I emailed back my contact phone number and a few house later received a personal phonecall from one of the customer service representatives. She asked me several questions like whether we were on the dining plan, what happened during the service, the quality of the food, what I would want specifically to change, and some personal information. We talked about maybe there was a staff shortage that night and a few other scenarios, but I did mention YSH was not the only signature restaurant we experienced bad service at during the week.

I spoke with her for about 10 minutes and she said she was going to pass the information along to the manager that oversees the Yachtman Steakhouse. She apologized up and down and reassured me that this is in no way normal and they pride themselves on their great service and perhaps it was just an off night.

I do feel like we got the short end of the stick at YSH and Citricos with the services, but Narcoosee's is off my list for a while as we received lackluster service both times.

Overall, I am pretty pleased with getting the opportunity to speak with someone personally. At least I have some satisfaction knowing that the issue was not stuffed under the rug.
