Sat:
Snacks at Hurricane Hannah's, (pool bar at SAB), had the grilled chicken sandwich and some chips, it was pretty good and the frozen drinks are great.

Dinner: Yachtsman Steakhouse: Unbeknownst to us, my SIL had called ahead to the restaurant and told them it was our anniversary. The waitress we had made a big deal about our special day but there was no singing or anything like that, (thank God). We both had the caesar salad which came as long sections of Romaine lettuce uncut, different but tasty and crisp. I had the bourbon glazed strip steak which was outstanding and the DW had the filet which came out WAY undercooked, (she ordered it medium and it was below rare). We sent it back and after many apologies from the waitress it came back perfect, (the waitress waited table-side while DW cut into it to make sure it was correct). We received a complimentary plate of little desert snacks which said Happy Anniversary in chocolate around the edge. The service here was a little slow, it took a while for our waitress to return to our table to check on drink re-fills and the like, but we were in no hurry so we didn't mind, (the restaurant was full that night). All-inall a pretty good meal and we would definately go back.

Sun:
Chicken sandwiches from the pool bar again for lunch, (can you tell we liked them?)

Dinner: Fulton's Crab House. I had the Crab and Lobster Bisque which was out of this world and the Dw had a caesar salad that was very good. I had a red pepper encrusted Grouper in a wine sauce that was very good and the DW had the Lobster Tail and Crab Claw combo that also was really good. (She thought the menu said 'crab legs' and when the plate came out with the claws on it we called the waiter over who was really nice and showed us on the menu where the DW was wrong but still offered to switch. We said no thanks because it was our fault and the DW likes the claws anyway. Soon after the manager came over to double check that everything was ok and again offer to switch out the claws, by now we were kind of embarrased about the whole thing and told him we were fine.) We both had Key Lime Pie Matinis for dessert. A good meal with great service.

Mon:
Lunch at Rose and Crown Pub: DW and I split the fish & chips and the soup and sandwich combo. The soup was Lamb & Barley and was different but good. Maybe a little heavy for such a hot day. The sandwich was thin sliced corned-beef on a cracked wheat bread. Good meal and again really good service.

Dinner: Bistro de France: Dw had the sampler, Seared Tuna-Encrusted Char-an Intermezzo-Rack of Lamb-Creme de Brulee. Everything was good except the Lamb that came out REALLY undercooked, (notice a pattern here? everywhere we go the DW's meal always comes out undercooked, it really is weird.) I ordered the Beef Tenderloin and it was among the best steaks I have ever had, amazing. The service here was again excellent, but be warned: the waiter talked us into getting a Champagne cocktail to start our meal "The Traditional French Way", they were $12.50 each for a little glass of weak purple stuff. This place was expensive, but probably worth the money. It was also empty. Chef's de France downstairs was packed and not taking any walk-up's but nobody was upstairs.

Tue:
Dinner at Big River Grill: the In-Laws came to visit us today and we wanted to sit outside on the BW. The meal was pretty good, nothing fancy, We ordered the meatloaf, a burger, pasta alfredo with chicken and a rack of ribs and kind of shared everything. Everything was good but nothing too memorable.

Wed:
Breakfast at Kona Cafe: we switched over to the Poly from the YC today and had a quick breakfast after checking-in. I had the french toast and the DW had the ham and cheese omelette. Both were good.

Dinner: Pecos Bill's in the MK: Both had burgers and the DW LOVED the fixin's bar, claimed it was her favorite meal of the week, go figure.

Thurs:
Dinner at Artist Point: Great meal excellent service. DW had the sampler: mushroom soup-salad of mixed greens-cedar plank salmon-cofee two ways dessert. All of it was good although we thought the salmon could have had more flavor, (at least it was cooked enough). I had the Pork Chop with the mac n' cheese that was really good and some black raspberry ice cream for dessert. Very nice place and the Wilderness Lodge is amazing.

Fri:
Room service breakfast of some Mickey Waffles and Scrambled Eggs. Both good, still nice and hot and the guy who brout up the food did a great job of setting the table and everything.

Dinner: Bar Snacks at ESPN. Wings and nachos, good for bar food, nothing to write home about.

Sat:
Lunch at Columbia Harbor House: This was on the KTTK tour and it was pretty good. DW had a turkey sandwich and I had the chicken strips.

Dinner: Kona Cafe: I had a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup and the DW had a salad, both were excellent. We both had the Terriyaki steak and it was amazing, (even the DW's came out perfectly cooked: Finally!).

All-in-all a great trip with great meals. I'll be happy to answer any questions.

Sounds like you had a great time. You ate at some of the places I would like to try. We have ADR's for Yachtsmen and I am looking forward to it.
Thanks for the reviews.

Wonderful reviews. Could you explain what the teriaki beef dish at Kona was like, it sounds great. Thanks

It was a strip steak marinated in a teriyaki/pinapple sauce served with chopped pinapple on top. It was served with garlic smashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
