That's a lot of sundaes! But kudos to you, I don't think it's bad parenting at all. You definitely have to choose your battles with kids, and you're on vacation, so who cares what you eat. Vacation is not about being healthy, counting every calorie, and eating all your veggies. It's about fun and relaxation and splurges. My mom was the same way when my sister and I were growing up!
My parents tell the story of bringing my 85 yr old (at the time) great grandmother to the WDW in the 70's. They went to a fancy restaurant and my dad told her to have whatever she wanted. She asked him "Whatever I want?" and he said yes.
She ordered all desserts.

It's located in the UK pavilion. If you're coming from Canada, it's on the left, just before the bridge. It's part of the Rose & Crown building. I didn't have to wait too long, but on our last night, I went by there and the line was huge!!
