We just got back from our trip to Disney. It was great but wished the weather was better, it rained a lot. We stayed at SSR for the first time as DVC members. Here is my review of the places we ate it, if you have any questions I would be happy to answer for ya!

The cast of this trip is myself, my Dh and my 3 children, DS 8, DD 2 and DS 4 months but of course he didn't eat anything.

On Dec 5 we ate at The Lady & Son's in Savannah, GA, Paula Dean's place. We had the buffet and it was delicious!!!!! Fried and baked chicken, mashed potatos, pot roast, greens and ham, black eyed peas, salad and a choice of bread pudding, apple cobbler and banana pudding for dessert, fabulous! Also very reasonably priced, 12.99 for 1 adult and they didn't charge for my 8 year old.

12/6 ADR for 1900 Park Fare Cinderella dinner. This was really good. All of us found something we liked on the buffet. The strawberry soup was really good. I also enjoyed the bananas foster. We enjoyed all of it and will go back on our next trip. Cinderella was slow coming to the table, we were almost out the door before she came. The characters were Cindy, Suzy, Perla, Alladin and Jasmin.

12/7 DS went on the Albatross Pirate Cruise at the Yacht Club and we walked around the boardwalk until he was done. We had chocolate croissants and donuts at the bakery on the boardwalk and they were delicious! Later in the day we went to the MK and ate at the Columbia Harbour House. DH and I had the Fish and fries and the kids had the chicken fingers and fries. Eveything was good, typical counter service food you would find anywhere. I will say that fast food usually makes me sick and this didn't bother me one bit.

12/8 We had breakfast in our room and lunch at the Artist's Palatte. DH and I split a Veggie Flat bread, it was really good. The kids had the kid chicken nuggets and grapes, they ate it all so I think it was good too. That night we did the Candlelight Processional package at Beirgarten. We love this place and eat there at least twice a visit. It didn't dissappoint. We love the entertainment too. It rained all day that day and the WS was very crowded it took alittle while to seat us.

12/10 We all went to the Afternoon tea at the GF. DH and I had the grand tea and the kids had the Mrs. Pott's Tea. Everything was delicious and I could have eaten 20 of those little sandwhiches. The English Trifle was to die for!

12/11 Boma was for dinner this night. We waited a bit to be seated even though we had ADR. The food was fabulous as usual and the Zebra Domes rocked!! My DH had never been here before and really enjoyed himself and the zebra domes.

12/12 We just ate in our room all day.

12/13 We did breakfast at Crystal Palace. We had never been here before for breakfast. Had ADR's and seated right away. Everything was great and we will be back next visit for sure! The puffed french toast was my favorite and DH loved the breakfast lasgna. I also enjoyed the MTO omelette. The characters were great too, everyone came to the table in a timely fashion and we got to see Tigger twice.
Back to Biergarten for dinner and it was great as usual. The kids even did story time w/ the band.

12/14 We went to Epcot and ate around the WS. We had the sweet almond pretzels, fruit tarts and the horn w/ icing and sugar, all delicious!!! Later on DH and I split the chicken shawarma? at the Morocco counter service place and the kids split a pizza from there. The chicken was good, kind of like the chicken in a gyro.
Ohana's was for dinner. I have to say this was our worst experience ever at Disney and we will not be going back. This used to be one of our favorites but it has changed. We were seated pretty fast, we had ADR for 7pm. Our waiter got our drinks and he said the food would start to come out. We got all the appetizers in a timely manner and they were all good but I still like the old menu much better. Then we got 2 skewers of meat, steak and pork. The steak was way too rare for me and the pork was raw. Then we didn't see skewers for about 45 min. Everytime the waiter would come over he would ask how things were and we would say we need skewers of meat and he said oh it's on it's way. All the tables around us were getting them but ours. Our meal took 2 and half hours and we only saw the skewers 2 times just enough to try each meat. I only like the turkey and I really didn't care for the sausage at all. The dessert was very good, I liked that better then the pineapple and caramel dessert. Even my son liked it and he just likes icecream. So we will not go back to Ohana's on our next trip. There was no excuse for the poor quality of service and quality of meats we received for the price we paid.

12/15 We went to SeaWorld since it was free for us (Salute to Hero's!) We had lunch at the welcome center and had the turkey sandwhiches which were really good. DH and I also got our free beers.
For dinner we went to the Pirate's Dinner Adventure. They had a little appetizer buffet which was ok. It had chips, pretzels, salad etc. They also had a ravioli station and a ham carving station. We had dinner during the show in the big room w/ the ship. It smelled so bad in there like mildew. The show was ok, my son really liked it. The food was terrible IMO. We got a salad that looked like it was out of the bag w/ dressing in little cups you would get at a cafeteria. Then dinner came and you had your choice of chicken w/ shrimp or chicken w/ beef. I got the chicken w/ shrimp and rice and veggies. I only ate the rice and veggies which tasted like Rice a Roni. The chicken was just a leg and I was afraid to eat the shrimp. DH got the chicken and beef w/ mashed potatos and veggies. That looked like pot roast. He liked it. The kids got chicken tenders and mashed potatos. For dessert was apple cobbler w/ icecream and that was ok. For the price, $130 and that was w/ a coupon from restaurant.com it was overpriced and not worth it IMO but my DH and son liked it.

I would be happy to answer any questions!
