Dining Reservations - Two families

My family of four will be staying at Beach Club Villas with a DDP. My sister will be staying with her family of four without a dining plan. If we make a reservation for all of us how would we pay? Can we split the bill? How does this work?

We has some on the DDP and some not on the plan for our last trip. We just told the server our situation before ordering and we never had any issues. The cash portion of the check usually includes our adult beverages and tip, so this time it also included one meal. Our servers were nice enough to charge us the lowest cost meal for the cash meal as well - but no guarantees.

Similar to PSC, we have also gone to table service with some on DP and other OOP. Never an issue with the servers. When I made the ADRs we just made them for the full group too - did not have an issue there either, even though the CSR obviously knew the adr was for more people than my DVC reservation.

we were two groups of 5, on one reservation for dinner, for nearly two weeks. One of us was cash, the other DDP. Never was a problem at all. We just let the server know.
