My 180 day mark is coming up soon. I'm both reading about and experiencing problems on the new Disney site. Is it better to make dining reservations through the old site? Hoping to get into BOG and I don't want to screw it up! Thanks!

There is no "old site" to go back to... they redesigned the site, which is the "new" in the talk about the new site.

And it's not great. Slower than molasses in January. Makes me scream at my T1 to hurry up...

But it's either use it, or call in, so there you are... :headache:

You CAN access the old site. Someone here found out how to do it. Sorry, I don't know how. But it turns up on my Ipad, no idea why that happens.

Never occured to me that one might be faster than the other.

I personally would call! I had the intention of calling today, but decided to check the site while dialing and the site was down. Calling was just s"as easy!

The new site doesn't recognize you 180+10 but the old one will. I'd start booking at 6 online but be prepared to call if you have issues. My ipad brings you to the old site. I wonder if other tablets do as well?

I can use the "old" site on my iPad, just searched for disney resort and the older website shows up. The newer site app always seem to close down on me, has my reservations missing people, etc. but I wasn't sure if I could actually make the reservations trough the old site or if there would be problems. Was hoping to avoid another early morning panic about reservations :rolleyes2

I booked most of my ADRs on the old site with no issues at 180 days at 6 AM. I had to call at 7 to book HDD and the FDP because the seating for August was not loaded online for whatever reason. I believe I received a confirmation via email for each ADR booked online, but I can not pull them up on the website. This is acknowledged on the website, so it's a known issue.
