Dining Reservations for Hoop Dee Do after October 16?

My sister is trying to book an ADR for HDDMR for her November trip and is in the 180 plus 10 window (staying at the Poly). When she called to book dining, they said they aren't taking reservations for HDDMR yet for after October 16th and she will need to keeping checking online or by calling. Anyone know why they aren't/when these will open up? I also noticed this is the same for the Spirit of Aloha Show. Thanks!

This happened to me trying to book Hoop for October 28th. I even called the box office directly and they said there was something wrong with the system and to call back in a week. I was able to get it about a week after I first tried.

Things are open, you just have to call. When we went to book the Chef's Wine Tasting Dinner at Flying Fish, we had the same issue (the online calander stopped at October 16th). When we called we had no issue making the reservation. I am sure if your sister calls she can get the tickets she wants.

I just wonder if Disney is switching things so that ADR's that require a credit card can only be booked over the phone?

Thanks for the responses. She booked all her ADRs over the phone on Monday, but for some reason the system wouldn't allow the person on the phone to book it for her and neither does the online system, so not sure what's up. I guess she'll have to keep calling!

My ADR time was today was our stay Nov 15-22. I also was not able to do Luau or Hoop online. No dates past Oct were even shown. Not full, just not shown at all. So I called and I was able to get the Luau for Nov 16 but when she tried to do Hoop over the phone she said to call back because they hadn't "loaded" into system yet or something I don't know, I'll call again tomorrow but, OP, it's not just you...I had the same problem today.

Same thing for me with Hoop De Doo. I have been calling and checking on line for days. Yesterday the person I talked to told me to check back in June!! I will continue to check daily.

I have also been having problems getting HDDR for 11-13when calling. they tell me that they can't find any ressies and that nothing is booked (5 calls this week). Interestingly we were originally going the week of Nov 5th and I had no problems calling a getting a ressie for 10 to the HDDR for 11-6 at the 180 day mark which was 5-17. Whne I ask people about my original ADR, they have no explanation why they could book lst week but not now. I will be so frustrated if I cannot get it for 11-13 after previously having it without problem for the week before. by the way, I have not canceled the 11-6 ADR yet. I will post in advance of canceling if anyone is interested.
