hi

I phoned earlier to book our restaurants for my daughters birthday and to buy a birthday cake, however the cm didnt really understand me too well and id like to email to confirm my reservations.

I was told the auberge de cellion is open from 1.30pm, is this correct? I was hoping to go there abt 12noon. I then have book CafeMickey at 7pm and a birthday cake but the cm wouldnt take payment for the cake. He was taking about half board/full board and said i dont pay for cake??? Totally confused, of course i pay:confused3

He didnt know what i was saying and vise versa so now ive no idea if my reservations are correct and was hoping to email to confirm, is this an option?

I don't think they have any sort of email confirmation setup. Personally I'd ring back and see if I could speak to someone else to check/amend my reservation. Then when you arrive go to City Hall or ask the hotel concierge to print out confirmations of your reservations.

Yes, Auberge is usually open from 12. You will have to pay for the cake, half board or otherwise, but not until you're there.

Yes, they don't send any reservation confirmations. But you could call and check once more if they got it right.

I'm with the others and recommend you phone back then get your times printed up when you arrive at DLP. And yes, you don't pay for your cake until the time, it's only when you actually add it on to your booking that you pay in advance.
