Dining Reservation and Safari?

Hi~

I want to make a reservation for breakfast at Tusker House and then do the Safari. I'm wondering how I should work it. Make ressie and get fast pass for Safari or get there at rope drop do Safari and make ressie for after. If I do breakfast first what is the earliest I could make a reservation for and when can I get the first fast pass? When the park opens?

The best options as I see it are:

1) Get a pre-open ADR for an hour before park opening (e.g., 8 AM for a 9 AM open). Even if you're done a little late out of breakfast, the Safari will be pretty darn near "walk-on".

2) Get an ADR for around an hour after park open; do Safari immediately at rope drop and then go to breakfast.

Can I catch a bus from ASMU to make a ressie and hour before park opens? What time is the first bus run?
