We are an adult couple, we love steak. We are going to Disney for 10 nights in December with the deluxe dining plan.

We are planning to do a signature each night and a 1 credit lunch/dinner.

What are you recommendations for using our 30 credits each? Note: I have a seafood and red wine allergy.

I know this will be a ton of food but DH asked for this and he has been my medical caregiver for the last 2 years. This is what he wanted to celebrate finally having answers.

How nice that you two have the opportunity to visit Disney for an extended time.
I realise that you gave some of of your criteria but truly the only ones who can answer such an open ended question is the 2 of you:).
Why not look at a list of signature restaurants' menus, pick the ones that appeal to you most, and then come back with specific questions about them?
You can do the same for the 1 credit meals based on cuisines that you like and parks you know you plan to be at.

Here's a list of 2 credit meals ( plus some other options) to get you started:

HTH!

There are so many good restaurants and everyone has different opinions on the same restaurant. ‘Ohana is often on people’s top and bottom list. That being said, my favorites are California Grill (I really want to go for Sunday brunch), Chefs de France and Jiko. We really also like ‘Ohana and 1900 Park Fare for dinner (love the step sisters). At DS we like Morimoto and Homecomin’. I haven’t tried Tiffins, but I hear great things about it. In HS we really like 50’s Primetime and HBD.

I find 2 meals a day enough for us, we normally have an early lunch and dinner around 7. I don’t know how much time you want in the parks doing rides vs. eating, but 3 TS meals a day eats up a lot of time.

All restaurants, even Flying Fish, which is mostly a seafood restaurant will be able to deal with your allergies. That being said, I would avoid Cape May. Tony’s at MK and Hollywood and Vine at HS get pretty consistent bad reviews, but other people really enjoy them.

Look at the menus and see what you like. I haven’t had a horrible meal at Disney and have really enjoyed all of our Signature dining. I also look at dining re iews once I find something that appeals to me. People tend to complain more than leave good reviews, so I take them with a grain of salt. If there are too many really bad reviews, I tend to skip it.

I hope you have a great trip.

Hope you have a great time on your vacation. I think it is a great idea to do two meals a day - as trying to do 3 table service meals is just too much food. Breaking it into 1 credit lunch and 2 credit dinner makes sense.

Some of my choices for 1 Credit would be:
Tutto Italia
Teppan Edo
Biergarten
Chefs de France
Boma
Sanaa
Grand Floridian Café
Kona Café
Akershus
Be Our Guest - dinner (it is a really beautiful restaurant, food is good too, you have to check it out)

Signature (2 credits) :
Artist Point. I had an exceptional filet at Artist Point, top notch - one of the best I've ever eaten.
Jiko
Tiffins
Yachtsman Steakhouse (You may want to do this one twice, they have a lot of steak on the menu)

You will probably want to try
Le Cellier Steakhouse.
Hollywood Brown Derby
California Grill

We don’t do the DP so am not sure about credits but our favorites are LTT lunch, Tony’s dinner, BOG dinner, Tutto Italia lunch, Chefs dinner, Le Cellier dinner,
HBD lunch, 50’s PTC dinner, Rainforest Cafe AK lunch, and Boma dinner.

Thank you! We are kinda at a loss of where to begin as we’ve never done a signature before, we will take more time to look at menus.

We don't do the dining plan but the places that typically get great reviews for steak are Yachtsman Steakhouse, Shula's, Le Cellier, Artist Point, and Jiko (I'm sure I'm forgetting some).

You forgot Boathouse, California Grill, STK, and Narcoossee's yet did pretty darn good .
Just keep in mind that Shula's is not a participant of the dining plan which is one of the reasons it is bypassed by some.

There are so many great restaurants that the list is long.
I would consider:
California Grill - amazing steaks and everything else
Jiko great top to bottom
Monsieur Paul incredible food and service
Artist Point - some have had bad meals, we have never been disappointed.
Flying Fish great seafood
Tiffins at AK
Hollywood Brown Derby
Narcoossees

We have eaten at all and they were very good. Narcoossees I don't know that it was disappointing but it and Citricos were not at the level of the others.
