Dining Question -

Hi,

We are heading to Universal on Thursday. I thought I read somewhere that if you are staying onsite that you will get bumped to the top of the list at certain restaurants. Is this true? If so, what restaurants are they.

I know you can make reservations at a number of them but I don't want to be held to a time.

Show your room key for getting next available....or bumped up on the list. I know MOST restaurants take it...i know for a fact, Bubba Gumps does NOT.

i don't eat ANY seafood and it was ME who wanted to go there. I was very happy with my southern fried chicken AND DSIL ate there too...and she's allergic to shellfish I think there is a menu posted outside...stop by and check it out....you may see something you like....(and if it applies to you, there's a bar inside!)

I don't know...but they don't take room key OR ressies...not even THAT day (DBIL didn't believe me and tried to get res on our way back to hotel to change and come back...they said "nope")

Maybe cuz they're so new?? I'm not really sure why?
