Dining prices by season

is August considered regular or peak for Disney dining prices? Trying to compare DDP to TiW

Found this via google;

• President’s Day: from the weekend prior through the weekend after
• Spring Break/Easter: select dates from the second week of March until the week after Easter
• Summer Season: June through early August
• Christmas/New Years Holidays: from mid-December through the first few days of January

The dining plan is not designed to save money the way TiW is. But the $150 TiW fee makes it difficult if you only go once a year.
