Dining Premium Package ???

We will be in WDW mid January 2006 on the Premium Dining plan. In a past thread I saw a list of slected resturants for the base dining plan. There were several resturants which were not listed (example: House of Blues, Fulton's, and others). Does anyone know if there is an expanded list of resturants for the premium or platinium plans?

Thats a good question because i am on the platinum plan next year compared to the premium plan for this year. When i looked at the dinning description it did not state the disney dinning plan like the basic plans have but b/l/dinner for each day . But there is link on the plan that gives just the
dining plan locations only. Any Disers know any more info?

Here is the link to the official disney .pdf file for the premium plan (which includes the platinum plan). As you can see, every single restaurant on Disney property is included in the plan except for the Shades of Green Restaurants, the onsite McDonald's, restaurants in the downtown disney hotels, the chef's domain in Citricos and the restaurants at the Dolphin and Swan.
