Dining plan ?

We leave for BCV's in 2 weeks. Just found out today my husband not able to come due to a myriad of work issues. There are four of us on dining plan. Can I call and have him taken off? Also all of our adr's are made for 4 people. Will it be a problem if only 3 of us are there? Thanks for any help we've never been in this situation before.

I can't comment on the dining plan change first-hand, but call member services and see what they can do.

I have a couple times showed up with one person less for a dining reservation in the past due to sickness while on vacation... I know, bad timing :-(. I explained that when checking in at the reservation stand, and it was never a problem. I'd think going from 4 to 3 wouldn't be a problem as tables are generally sized for 2 or 4. So, a 3-top would generally be set at a table for 4.

As far as your existing reservations, it should not be a problem at most locations, the exceptions would be meals that are prepaid, like the Hoop De Doo or the character meals. You would need to call and change those ASAP, most likely through Disney Dining, but member services may be able to help you with that. The regular restaurant dining locations should simply be able to make the adjustment when you arrive for the meal, as 3 people or 4 people take the same size table 99% of the time.
