Is there any kind of dining plan you can buy for DLR like you can in Disney World?

You will find dining in the DLR to be so much easier. Not necessarily better, but easier. You don't have to book so far in advance and you don't really need any reservations (unless you have a huge group, want a prime time at a character meal, or for Blue Bayou).

You can generally eat where you want when you want, it's wonderful pixiedust:

There is "technically" a dining plan but it is not like that at WDW and it not recommended. You pay face value for vouchers ahead of time and use them as cash. They are given to you in different denominations ($40,$15,$5) and you use them as cash at restaurants throughout the park. The catch is that you do NOT receive change, so you will either lose money or will have to pay out of pocket and spend more than the voucher anyway in order to keep your money. There is no savings, if you pay $100 you get $100 of vouchers. It is definitely not recommended.
