We are going to Disney during the Christmas week. We have never tried the dining plan in the past but our considering it this time. I would be interested to hear opions of those who have used it before.

Thanks :thumbsup2

Disney restaurants are so high priced I find it chea[er to use the meal plan also it is easier you have everything already paid for. How many are in your family? I always do the meal plan :):thumbsup2

I always do DDP. It's not the cheapest way to go, but we like the TS meals which can really add up. It's nice to have a set price. And the kids love it because they always get dessert. Granted, it can be a lot of food for most people. I tracked everything we ate on our last trip and the DDP was cheaper by about 50%.

That is interesting that you feel you saved that much. I think it would be more convient as well. In the past we rent a car just to go to the grocery store!!
