dining plan without tickets

We have a 3 night room only reservation at the Beach Club.
Can I purchase the dining plan for the 3 nights without buying park tickets
or a package?

Only if you have an Annual Pass or own DVC.

You can't purchase the dining plan on a room only reservation at all. You'd have to convert it to a package, and buy tickets - if you are an annual passholder, you don't have to buy the tickets, but you still have to convert to a package reservation.

While this is technically true, the way you do it from the Passholder site is to book a room-only reservation (says "Book Room Only") across the top, then choose dining after you find the room.

So while adding the dining does make it a package, the site will say "Room Only." (Don't want anyone to be confused looking for a "Book Package" link that doesn't exist.)
