Dining plan with Wishes Dessert Party or Candlelight Proc.

I'm pretty sure I know this answer is no - Can I use my TS credits for either the Wishes Dessert Party or the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package?

Trying to finish up my wish list before that 180+10 mark

Wishes Dessert Party - no.

CP package - yes, all restaurants are 2 credits on the dining plan for the CP.
