Dining plan with DVC rental?

Are you able to purchase the dining plan if you book a DVC rental using points? I am considering renting points and am new to all of this.

Yes, you can. The member will add it to the reservation for you, and you'll pay for it at check-in.

Everyone on the reservation will need to have the dining plan for the entire length of stay. Just like the non-DVC resorts.

No, you won't be buying a package like with CRO. You can use any type of ticket you have, from an authorized reseller, from Disney, gift from your Gramma. And they don't have to be the same for each person on the reservation. But you will need to get your own ticket, the member won't be able to get those for you.

You can use a credit card or one of the Disney Gift cards or even reward points. But you can't pay until you check in.
