Dining plan with DVC or annual passes???

Hello: There has been some talk on these boards about Disney offering a dining plan for DVC owners and/or annual passholders staying at DVC. Does anyone have any information? Thanks. Canadian Tom

so far it is a rumor.

the Dec condo meeting are coming up. I would expect an announcement then.
