Dining plan restaurants

Does anyone remember the website that has what restaurants are included in the dining plan and how many TS credits they are? I cannot for the life of me find it again.

I just went to the WDW website and typed in "magic your way plus dining" in the search column and then a link appeared. I know there must be an easier way but it worked for me.
