Dining Plan Restaurants

I know not all of the restaurants that will be on the 2012 Dining Plan have committed yet but can anyone tell me if Via Napoli, The Plaza Restaurant or the Sci-fi will be on it? Would like to eat at these but don't want to pay OOP. Thanks in advance!!
