Hello everyone,
We go to Disney every year for my sons birthday, however we have only stayed on property 1 time. That 1 time was a wedding gift so we didn’t book it ourselves.
So this year for the first time my son will be bringing a friend along for this trip.
We are considering staying on property this trip and would like to use the dining Plan. This trip will be my husband, Landon (our son: 12), his friend Derell (also 12), and myself.
My question is about purchasing the dining Plan. My husband and I have annual passes and we received the two tickets for the kids (Disney Adults) as Christmas presents. They were purchased through undercover tourist.
My question is if we book just the room through Disney and then link the tickets can we still add the dining plan?
This is also our first year with annual passes so I am not sure how any of this will work.

As far as I know you can add the dining plan to your room without buying tickets.

Yes, you can book a "ticketless package" which is room and the dining plan without tickets included in the package. You will need to call WDW to make the reservation. If you have an AP, I would check to see if AP room discounts are available and, if so, simply add the dining plan to the AP discounted room (as a package). You can also add dining to a general public room-only discount if they are available.

Just to add to your planning, the regular dining plan (1 Table Service TS, 1 Quick Service QS, 2 Snacks and refillable mug) will be $75.50 per night of stay for each of you, including the boys. The quick service plan (2 QS, 2 snacks, refillable mug) will be $52.50 per night per person.
