Dining Plan Question

We are planning a 4 night stay at Disney. Checking in October 14 and checking out on the 18th.

SO, if we do the standard dining plan, we would have 4 table credits, and 4 quick service... can we use those on any of the 5 days? Or do we have to use them up PRIOR to checking out?
