Dining plan question

If we are going say a 7night/8day trip, and purchase the standard DP will we have a QS meal, a sit down mean and a snack on the 8th day which is leaving day... If we use each 1 snack, 1qs and 1 sit down a day, or does it all end if used that way on our last night technically??

You get a ts, qs, and snack per night of your trip. The entitlements disappear at midnight on the day you check out so on the 8th day, you can still use any remaining credits.

It's based on number of nights, not number of days. So you'll have 7 of each credits to use during your trip. If you arrive early on Day 1, and leave late on day 8, you'll have to pay OOP for meals at least one day. In the past, we always arrived after dinner on Day 1 so we never had a chance to use them on the first day, leaving them available for later in the trip, including on Day 8.
