OKAY, SO I KNOW THAT IF ONE COUPLE IN A ROOM HAS THE DINING PLAN THE OTHER COUPLE HAS TO HAVE IT TOO, BUT, IF ONE COUPLE HAS THE DELUXE PLAN CAN THE OTHER COUPLE HAVE THE REGULAR PLAN??:confused3

yup, exactly what Terry said. What one person has they all have. I have not done the deluxe plan but it sounds great!

We just got back from 5 nights at VWL and had the deluxe plan for 3 nights followed by the regular plan for 2 nights. We were able to keep the same room - I just had to checkin/check out after the 1st reservation. This takes a little bit of planning if you are trying to maximize the credits but worked for us since we could not decide between the 2 plans.

Yes, it could work out, and generally does, though there is no guarantee that you will be able to stay in the same room, with a split-stay.

There is a possibility when the new reservation system goes into effect later this year, that you will not be able to have different DDPs on a split stay.
