This might be a silly question...but do the Disney CM's punch these for us or do we do it?

No, the CM's do not do anything to them. You could either punch them or simply circle each one as you use it.

Yes, these cards are just for you to keep track of what you have used and what you have left. You can punch or cross off - whichever you wish. When I did ours, I just printed to a little thicker sheet of paper (light cardstock) and then circled them as I used them. I printed one master card and tracked the meals for the entire family.
