Just got back from a quick one night stay and I encountered a possible glitch in the DDP system. We decided to add on the dining plan since I scored an ADR at 1900 Park Fare. Our entitlements showed as 1 TS, 1 CS and 2 Snack credits per person. With the new 2017 ddp CS meals come with a drink, entree, and side but no dessert.
When we went to BOG for lunch, the cashier asked what dessert we wanted and I told her that we didn't want to use our snack credits for dessert. She assured me that the system won't update until the 15th and that our meals still came with dessert. Sure enough, when she printed the receipt it only showed that we used our CS meal entitlements. It appears that there is an overlap with the two years, so we scored an extra dessert this time which was a really fun surprise!
Just something to keep in mind if you're traveling in the next couple weeks!
