Dining Plan or Deluxe Dining Plan

DH & I will be returning this fall to celebrate his 40th birthday. We have selected the Dining Plan for the last two years, but we are considering the Deluxe Dining Plan (we always pay OOP for a few meals...dinners and character breakfasts, etc.)

What are the pros and cons of upgrading to the Deluxe Dining plan?

You will get an extra snack per person per day. A refillable mug is included per person.

You will pay more money in tips. You will also get to eat in more restaurants. You will spend more time eating at the extra TS meals/Less Park time, but you have been before so it might be a good time to try out new places to eat.

I think I remember another poster saying as long as you do 2/3 of your meals at a TS restaurant then you are better off with the DxDP.
