Dining Plan Options for 2016

While looking at the plan fro 2016 I noticed that MANY of the restaurants are not listed as options for the dining plan in 2016. I know in the past they "add the option later on" but how later? It is September and we are just about to be able to make our reservations for our free dining. i don't want to make plans, and then not have the restaurant not be an option.

End of December later. Go off the 2015 lost. It doesn't typically change.

When I did my ADR's for our January 2016 trip, TRex and Via Napoli res confirmations said they were not on the dining plan. Called and was told they have until they end of December 2015 to decide. I actually called to check today to see if this had changed yet and they have....both are on the DP for 2016. Typically if restaurants are on DP in previous years they will be for the next year is what I was originally told as well
