Dining plan if person cancels?

Package booked for 4 people: room, tickets, and dxdp....already paid for, one person cannot go. Can we still use their dining credits?

As long as you don't remove them from the package reservation then yes you can use their dining plan credits.

But remember, that's 12 credits that the 3 of you to use per night of stay. That's going to be very difficult, not to mention all the snack credits too.

Assuming you're within your 30 day window, removing them will cost you the change fee, but if you're not within those 30 days, you should get a full refund for their part. Even if you can't get a refund for the ticket, you can reassign the ticket to someone else and save it for a future trip.
