We are taking our next Disney Vacation in December of this year and have put together our tentative schedule for dining. We will be on the DxDDP as always. Most of our meals will be in park since we are not a fan of resort hopping. I just wanted to see how you guys all felt about our plan.
Day one: Epcot
Breakfast: Garden Grill - This one is somewhat of a tradition. Eat an early breakfast at Garden Grill and immediately go hop on Living with the Land to start the trip officially. My Dad was an environmental scientist and when I was a kid this was his favorite thing at disney. I learned so much riding it with him. He passed a few years ago so we always make sure to do this one a time or two.
Lunch- Teppan Edo- on the fence here. Is it any good?
Dinner- Monsieur Paul- Never been here! I hear great things though!
Day Two: Animal Kingdom
Breakfast- QS snacks lots of those we want to try here.
Lunch- Satu'li Canteen. Our goal for this trip is to mostly try new resteraunts but we really loved this place in October and wanted to try a few more things from the menu. Plus it's new and it will be nice to see how its holding up.
Dinner- Tiffins. I have not been here since soon after it opened and I absolutely loved it then. I'm hoping it has maintained that quality.
Day Three: Magic Kingdom
Breakfast- Crystal Palace. Poohs Fluffed French Toast, Anyone? My better half loves character meals and really wanted to eat here. I never have.
Lunch- Cosmic Ray's. I know. The food isn't great, but we love this place for nostalgic reasons. Plus Sonny Eclipse!
Dinner- Cinderella's Royal Table. We got the elusive BOG dinner reservations for the last trip so we decided a dinner in another castle would be nice. Ivr heard the food is hot or miss, hoping for a hit.
Day Four: Epcot, part 2 Electric Boogaloo
Breakfast- Garden Grill. Reasons stated above. Plus, we really do love it that sticky bun. Yummy.
Lunch- Coral Reef. Never been here decided we should at least give it a try. Very cool dining area, but in hearing bad things about the food....
Dinner- Le Celier- Always been a favorite of mine. Been a few years since my last time there so I hope it hasn't fallen too bad.
Day Five: Hollywood Construction Lot
Breakfast- Boma. Staying at AKL so this is our day to eat there. For obvious reasons.
Lunch- Either 50s Prime Time (Where we go every trip) or Sci-fi Dine in. We love Prime time. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff. It's all great. But is it worth going to the Dine in? We haven't been there before and it's a really cool concept!
Dinner- Jiko- Need I say more?
Sorry for such a monstrous sized post. Just wanted to get it out there and its helping me ponder it just typing it up. If you guys have any questions or comments I'd love to hear them!
