Dining Plan: Dessert at same time?

We're going on the dining plan in March and it occured to me that in times past if we got dessert, we ordered it AFTER we had already ordered/gotten our lunch. ON the dining plan, do you need to order it from the counter at the same time now?

I assume you're referring to the counter-service meals.

When we were there in August, we had to order our dessert at the time we ordered our lunch.

I believe, though, that there are a few locations that will provide you with a 'ticket' or a stamp on your receipt so that you may return later for your dessert. I seem to remember someone posting that they were able to do this at one of the water parks.

I think it depends on the location, though, and the CM's on duty that day.

You have to order it with your meal.

Yes, you better order all that you want when you place the order. It will be deducted as one CS meal once you pay.
