Can you use meal credits for the breakfast sandwiches at Main Street Bakery & say for example the Cinnamon French Toast Bread Pudding at Sunshine Seasons? Thanks so much!

You can't get either with a snack credit. You probably can use a QS credit, but you're giving Disney money if you do. A QS credit is worth about $18. One of those sandwiches and a drink will only be about $10.
