Warning
We did the dining plan for 13 nights and I gained 14 lbs!!!!
My usual lifestyle is to workout in a gym with weights 3 times per week, meals :-
-muesli cereal for breakfast,
-lentil soup for lunch
-low fat small portion evening meal, eg pasta, grillled meat or fish with veg.
-Treats at home would be white wine on a weekend, and roast beef and veg lunch on Sunday with a chocolate pudding and custard dessert.
All of that was tossed aside on the dining plan by my own choice.
Typical Meal on dining plan:-
Breakfast - Cheese Danish or Cinnamon Roll, or french toast platter or waffle and fruit platter.
Lunch - Barbecued beef sandwich with bean and corn muffin, Key Lime Pie or Burger or fish, n fries with chococolate cake
Dinner - eg:- Shrimp in butter, Steak with creamed mashed potatoes, Chocolate lava cake, or cheescake or banana bread pudding, tropical fruit cocktail.
Its easy to gain weight on the dining plan
Since I got home and returned to my normal regime I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days!
But I am suffering some serious food withdrawal symptoms
