O.K., help me. I am having a hard time rationalizing using 6 credits for our family of four (two adults, one 5 year old, one 2 year old) for this dinner knowing we could have THREE meals elsewhere (we use 2 TS credits and pay for our son's kids meal to save money and use the plan more efficiently).
Any advice on this. Is the show THAT worth it? Should I stick with it (I know we have awesome seats cause' the CM told me we were the first to book that day/time, or should I plan 3 other meals in the world elsewhere that would be paid for on the plan?? Help please.

I booked it way in advance too but instead of using TS credits I just paid for it because I wanted to save dining credits for other places and I liked being able to pay for this HDDR in advance so I won't have to worry about it.

Personally either way, I wouldn't have missed chance to go to HDDR. We're paying for it either way you look at it ;)

O.K., good idea. I may just use the credits and "suck it up". My hubby really wants to try something new, and I agree, it's great to do something new at disney, we've never done HDDR. How were your seats with booking so far in advance? I was told at the time of the ressie we'd have great seats since we were the first to book, but didn't know if that is definitely the way they do it.

I am in the same boat as I made ressies at the Luau show at the Poly. This dinner & show uses 2 TS credits per person. We will be arriving on a sunday afternoon (and it looks like we will be driving- 19 hour trip- yuch) so we plan to just use 1 CS credit for each of us and saving that TS credit for this extra dinner and show. Maybe you can do something like that. If you use the CS credit for the day the meals are huge and it can last all day where you don't have to use the TS credit that same day and save up. Good Luck.

We're going in June.

Family went 2 years ago booking 1 year in advance and had great seats. I guess it depends on when your going and time. We're doing the 7:15 show.

I would stick w/ it.. we are trying it for the first time this year too. We are excited, don't know until you try! I think it will be fun!

Thanks, we've been talking and we are going to do it. Thanks everyone. I think I needed that added reassurance. Now if June could just GET HERE : )
