Dining Plan and Candlelight processional

I was wondering how does the dining plan work withe the processional packages? Can you pick any tier/restaurant from the list or do you have to choose a certain place.

The restaurant you want to go to dictates the tier you are in. For example, my family wanted to eat at Le Cellier which required us to purchase the tier 3 package. The tiering doesn't affect your seating at the show, everyone who has a dinner package gets to sit anywhere in the reserved section.

Yes, the dining plan can be used at any tier-same 1 TS.
