Dining picks for Feb...any must do's?

Wow, I thought the worst was over when I finally picked our resort. I think ADR's are even harder...so much to choose from!

Here's what I have so far:

Day 1:
(Late arrival) Dinner @ Le Cellier Steakhouse & Illuminations

Day 2:
Lunch @ Pecos Bill Cafe
Dinner @ Whispering Canyon

Day 3:
Lunch @ Cosmic Rays
Dinner...Fantasmic Dinner Package @ Hollywood & Vine

Day 4:
Lunch @ Pizzafari
Dinner @ Liberty Tree Tavern

Day 5:
Lunch @ Epcot?? Liberty Inn? Head to Beaches & Cream??
Dinner @ Hoop dee doo

Day 6:
Lunch @ ??
Dinner @ Cape May Clambake

We have the dining plan so will be paying for some of our son's dinners to save up for Hoop-dee-doo.

Really wanted to try 50's Prime Time & Sci Fi. Ran out of days...

Anything I should change?

I think what you have sounds great. I am also going to Le Cellier and Whispering Canyon. It was REALLY tought to pick my restaurants too. I think you made good choices from what I have read
