Dining Package

Well there seems to be some confusion over on the Canadian Forum about the dining package. I booked a trip for this October and my TA included the dining package. I just read a post that said they aren't offering it.
Does anyone know if this is still available?

I love the dining plan, I dontt have to worry about carrying money for my mail, I just go and I am all set, good service gets a little extra tip
